ESR 8 participated in The Forest School in Birmingham (Cotteridge Park) as part of the STEM Club act, which the main goal is to promote science to children. This is an weekly event in which a selection of ChemBAM experiments, such as DNA extraction, potato and ground battery, and sensing with fluorescence. Apart from the experiments, children and general public have the opportunity to meet "real life scientists".
